6 I/O limitations

I'm a teatcher in a school, and my students are learning Pic and dspic programming, with CCS, or C30. Now I will use Matlab/simulink for programming my dsPIC. With "Embeded Target for dspic" that is very easy and fun. But these version is limited for 6 i/O. Is it possible to free-download a higher version with no limitation? If it is possible, I can eventualy buy a higher version with no limitation.
