Set up a Wiki ?

Post by LubinKerhuel » Thu May 15, 2008 1:14 am

Hi,
As I know that I do not spend enough time in writing tutorial and docs; the website quite bad to demonstrate the possibilities that Simulink provides with the Real Time Workshop Embedded Coder.
II was thinking few weeks ago to set up a Wiki so as to be able to gather, with help of others, examples tutorial on Real Time Workshop. Perhaps also write the doc of the blockset in this wiki ... That may be more motivating (at least for me! )
Would anybody be interested by such an idea ?

Hey Lubin,
I think it would be a good idea to provide a way to include examples and user-made tutorials. Never worked myself in a wiki before, but if you decide that a wiki is the way to go, then I will be happy to include examples of what I made and maybe some quick tutorials :-)

Wiki is being setup. It will replace soon the static website.

An overview is available at http://www.kerhuel.eu/wiki

I think this structure will help to improve the doc. As modification is made easily, I will add information as I get questions on the forum. You are also free to correct pages if you find errors. If you are not sure, use the discussion attach to each page.

A sandbox is available for testing edition.
If you have example to share, feel free to add them in the wiki.

Hi Lubin,
Where can I find help how to upload example files on the wiki? I tried and got:
"You do not have permission to create new pages. "
Also, is there still a sandbox? Where?
Thanks,
John
