dsPIC33FJ32MC204 fails 1Hz blink LED test

Hi Lubin,
Thanks for the excellent blockset.
I'm using a DsPICDEM MCSM Development board. I'm trying to use your blockset to receive/send serial data. I was unable to get it to work however, so I came to the forums to find a solution. I found that a common suggestion from you was to test the oscillator using a simple model to have a 1Hz blinking LED, so I tried that approach first. However, after trying a variety of settings, I have not managed to get the blinking to be 1Hz. I have the quartz oscillator set to 8Mhz currently (matching the board's oscillator), but the LED blinks at around 0.2Hz.
thank you very much,
Ray
