COMPILATION ERROR: MEMORY PROBLEM

Hi Lubin,
I keep getting error regarding lack of memory as follows:
"Error building Real-Time Workshop target for block diagram 'UAVDAQ_NEW2_3withLPfilter'. MATLAB error message:
Error using ==> rtwgen
--> Error evaluating 'InitFcn' callback of Master block (mask) 'Master'. Out of memory. Type HELP MEMORY for your options.
--> Error evaluating 'InitFcn' callback of Input driver for Input Capture Peripheral block (mask) 'Input Capture'. Out of memory. Type HELP MEMORY for your options."
Sometimes when I closed MATLAB and restart, the model get compiled, but now am having more blocks in the MODEL and when I restarted the MATLAB, the error still remains.
Have you experience similar problem and what is possible solution apart from re-starting.
