Develop Your Own Embedded Target

Hi Lubin,
I was just wondering which documents contain info and which tools do you use to create your own embedded target. RTW supports many IO boards, but what if I wanted to create a custom board? For instance an A/D board which plugs into the PCI slot, first of all it requires windows drivers, suppose we get past that, then how does one program your own blockset for support in Simulink/Real Time Workshop/xPC? Is it done in Real-Time Workshop Embedded Coder?
Thanks,
Gert
