I get some C files transferred into MPLAB with the new microchip tool. But Compilation with MPLAB was not successful. I gave up with the microchip 'Matlab function' since I am a simulink uses and I prefer to add my C code directly into the simulink model ( using the C function block or using the C t...

Hi hamaoui, There is some difference in the Real Time Workshop Embedded Coder Toolbox between Matlab 7.0.1 and Matlab 7.2 (R2006b). That is why you get this error. It is quite a hard work to make the toolbox compatible with earlier matlab version. I am not planning to do it. You should upgrade your ...

Hi Arci, As you can read on the download page, "Only two Input/Output pins can be used with this demonstration version". The limitation is not on the number of block but on the number of I/O pin used by the compiled model. (Note that some if yo...

Are the examples from this website not sufficient to use the toolbox ?
Look at "Compile your first Model" and replace the dsPIC in the list by yours.
Go to the example list for more examples.
Please, leave questions or remarks about the examples on this forum.

Hi Arci, You are not using the last version of the toolbox. I noticed this problem and the new version would give a more comprehensive error message : Error evaluating 'OpenFcn' callback of Master block (mask) 'Master'. Error using ==> <a href="error:C:\prog\Matlab2\RTWdsPIC\blocks\dsPIC_ConfigRTWOp...

Thanks Mariano for your encouraging messages, Right now, I am not considering open source. I am just planning to have the low level hardware of dsPIC (30f, 24 and 33) working with user friendly blockset interface. Someone who do not know dsPIC microcontroller should be able to get the peripheral nee...

Well, I do not use CAN bus in my project due to its complex electronics. Right now, I do not plan to build the CAN blockset since the documentation is very long and that it will take me quite a lot of time to achieve the user interface for all the options available. So, depending how many people ask...

30f3010 and 30f3011 added
The dsPIC 30f3010 and 30f3011 have been added on the master block list. I do not test it yet. Just download the last demo version of the toolbox, remove old toolbox files and re-install the new one.
Please, Let know if it's working properly.
